All orders submitted for the products and services are subject to acceptance by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd which will be given by way of a confirmation notice. Until such confirmation notice is issued by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd, the orders will not be considered accepted by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd even if payment has been made for the products and services and TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd will be under no obligation to deliver the products and services. TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd is entitled at its sole discretion to reject any orders for products and services without the need to give any reason for the rejection and all monies received by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd in respect of such products and services will be refunded without interest.
